About the Role
Job Description:
SamuiCleaner is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our cleaning and property management services, which include villa and commercial space maintenance. You will lead a team of cleaners, manage schedules, ensure high-quality standards, and work closely with the administrative team to streamline daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage cleaning and property management teams
Coordinate daily operations and schedules for cleaning, pool, and garden services
Ensure service quality standards and customer satisfaction
Assist with budgeting, expense control, and reporting
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements
Requirements
Thai National Only
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to communicate in English (both spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office and project management software
Experience in the cleaning, hospitality, or property management industry is a plus
